The bath it's self doesn't start your labor. It's the relaxing that helps. If you are stressed or full of anxiety, it can delay your labor. Relaxing and releasing that stress can get it started. Get a massage or pedicure. Take a warm bath. Eat something yummy.
Just remember, nothing works if your body isn't already on the verge.
