It says online u need 1.6 litres of water a day I'm probably drinking 3 times that amount since pregnant I'm constantly thirsty. I've been tested for diabetes and it was negative. Is anyone else constantly thirsty
For pregnant women its a gallon- more for twins
The nhs website said 1.6 for a woman 2 for a man
Where online? A gallon is the least you should be drinking.
