ways to reduce fever

Please help my fever is only 101.3 but its driving me crazy for the 5th day already and it doesnt go down at all, what are some natural ways to reduce fever? I've tried showers and tea and drinking lots of fluid but its not helping.
I have pneumonia and started taking antibiotics yesterday but they havent started working yet.
What can i do to reduce fever until antibiotics start working??

Voltaren is an NSAID like Advil, motrin, and aspirin. Its not advised to use NSAIDS at any point in pregnancy.

Wat did the dr say? I would think he/she could give you an alternative fever reducer. Let me see if i have anything on my list i could recommend.

Its not natural, but Tylenol will bring your temp down... As far as showers/baths make sure they are lukewarm not warm or cool, i also second the no layers, just light pajamas - "sweating out a fever" is a terrible idea and will just raise your temp. Also make sure you stay well hydrated. With a fever you dehydrate faster and that in turn raises your body temp.

Luke warm baths taking a washcloth wiping down the upper parts of your body for about 20 minutes, popsicles, cold clear fluids, dont bunndle up in a bunch of clothes or blankets simply a light sheet or light blanket stay away from airvents and isolating fans.
