Please seek physical therapy it's very important for any pregnant woman to do with this issues. I had this with all of my children and it got really bad to where I had to walk with a cane bc my leg would give out and I would fall. After a few weeks of physical therapy the pain begun to get less painful and no more falls. It's very important to keep going after you have your baby to so everything in your body can adjust back to normal.

My midwife referred me to a chiropractor in my area who also does prenatal, as well as a reflexologist if I preferred. She told me usually an adjustment or a visit can help relieve sciatic pain :)

Sciatic pain is very common and very difficult to manage. Massage therapy can help but chiropractic care (from a reputable doctor, not a quack - it's sometimes tough to tell the difference) has a better success rate.

Try massage, heat and cold, or tylenol.
