It doesn't matter what you use. Pregnancy is 280 days and 40 weeks. Use what your doctor uses or uses what works for you it doesn't make anyone wrong or right.
Some of these have 5 weeks in a month
Thanks for.posting. to bad we couldn't pin posts on this forum
Yay..when I posted this yesterday ppl made me feel like I was wrong. I was like oh my I've been going by the wrong chart the whole time. And I'm in my last trimester. Ha thanks for clearing this up. :)
All months don't have 4 weeks. N ur prego for 10 months
Thanks for the repost :-)
That's my point there is atleast 4wks in every month so there would be a lot of left over days over the course of a pregnancy going by your...erm..reckoning. Think about it, it'd be well over 10 months in that case. Oh my days, I give up. You take your 10 months if you like, makes no odds to me. My pregnancy is 9 months as stated by me, my doctor, midwife and hospital LOL! :)
there is at least 4 weeks in every month. ... ask yo doctor ,,,, so 36 weeks is 9 months ,,. 40 weeks is 10 months but most dnt make it dat far. ... learn to do math nd ask your doctor
The only month with exactly 28 days (four weeks as 7*4 is 28) is February. Every other month is four point something weeks so dividing by four does not work. My last period was march 20th and I am due christmas day. So 12 (december) minus 3 (march) is nine not ten. The break down posted is correct. It is highly simplifying the math to say that there are four weeks in a month.
Pregnancy is 10 months in lunar months only as there's 4wks exactly to a lunar month. Pregnancy is 9 calendar months. There's only February that has exactly 4wks in (except on a leap year ofcourse). And you may not even necessarily be pregnant during Feb, depends on where your pregnancy falls. Every other month has 4wks + 2 or 3 days so it's not accurate to split 40wks by 4. Just wanted to put that out there lol ;)
Thanks to OP for posting, very useful :)
40÷4=10 .... u are actually 10months pregnant most women just have their baby before 40weeks so ppl say 9months
9 months isn't a full term pregnancy
