piercing advice please

I have my clit pierced it's been pierced for over a year now I know I will take it out during labor but I'm scared I'm going to lose my piercing does anyone know how long it takes till it closes up?

When my step mom had her c section they made her take it out and she left it out for a few weeks and it went right back in, it was pierced for a year maybe a little more.

Anyway u can get a plastic one put in like some do with belly button piercings?

I had mine pierced as well before my first...they told me to take it out when I was in my third trimester. Unfortunately I was unable to put it back in. It was closed for good by the time I was healed after birth.

U might wanna take it out.  Because being pregnant your more prone to get infections so u wouldn't wanna Get one down there in my opinion.  Hopefully this helps u make a decision

I would guess it would start to close up fairly quick, but you could always ask someone who does piercings.
