I am 12 weeks pregnant and constantly hungry but not gaining a pound. Is this okay

I've lost 30 pounds. Baby boy is a little over a pound now but haven't gained that pound. However my belly has gotten a lot bigger. Doctors are not worried about my weight even only weighing 103.4. And baby boy is super healthy! A little short but really short haha. You and baby are perfectly okay! :)
Yes....don't worry the baby will get what it needs before you. I only gained 6 with my first and 0 with my second. Both healthy baby boys
