I lost as well during my first. I went from 135 to 128. The doctor said it was totally normal and that I would catch up and she was right.

Most women who are overweight lose weight during the 1st trimester. Some will continue to lose weight some will put it back on.

I'm 10 weeks and down about 7 pounds. The doctor isn't concerned. I started out severely overweight anyway so the weight loss is actually a plus right now for me
