I think with your dog's because they've been around your hormone change they will understand. What I've done with them around little ones is let them sniff but if they get too close for my comfort or in the babies face I will calmly push their face way and say no. It seems to help.
With your in laws dog if they can't behave as a parent I'd put my foot down and make it know that they need to be put away or outside with the baby around. Best of luck! :)
I've been worried about my dog too. She gets excited and runs around and jumps. She hasn't been around a baby for a few years now. The last time she mostly just sniffed but wanted to get in the babies face to lick.
My in-laws dogs are even worse. The girl dog won't have a problem with a baby, but the boy is so active and jumps pretty high up to get attention and barks at everything strange.
