I had the same problem up until 17 wks n didn't eat much other than fruit n cruskits a lot of fluids try a smoothie yoghurt, milk with fresh berries black, blue, straw n rasp but freeze them n add honey in the morning.. I really hope it subsides..
I had a slice of toast,and ate it slowly,so there was nothing heavy in my stomache, then I sat down and waited,crackers or a dry biscuit worked too,you need to eat.x
Eat something and then brush teeth
Drink water! And eat fruit or vegetables or crackers. Something light so you don't throw up again
