Try leftovers if u can. You know what's in them and its much less processed. Also Costco has wondefull prepackaged organic fruits and veggies for lunches I would also try to diversify your meal with yogurt or some hummus dip and Peta chips :)
I've been making chicken or steak wraps using whole wheat flatbread and some mixed greens. Then lately pickles and a piece of fruit. Keeps me from giving into temptation while at work.
Fruits and veggies, I take pastas and chicken because fish in the microwave is just no good.
