I had the same problem just try eating healthy foods like fruits and salads. Make ur salad extra good by putting steak or chicken and don't be afraid to switch up on dressings too! Try new ones that sound good when ur reading them. :) I used to throw up anything greasy or deep fried it sucked :/
Just so you know, most children are picky eaters. It's up to you as the parent to teach them that sometimes it takes a few tries to like certain foods. Kids like colorful and fun looking foods. There are several kids cookbooks out to give you ideas.
