Im on my #2 baby and I don't want to gain a lot of weight like I did with baby#1 (40lb). Any of u ladies recommend any working out routines other then just walking but wont hurt the baby??
Talk to your dr about starting any exercise you didn't do prior to pregnancy but my dr put me on a low fat diet due to my complications and I haven't gained any weight in 2mths now. Gained 37lbs with my first.
