I'm 34 weeks pregnant and my doctor toldme yyesterday I had anemia,  what  can I do, like what should I need to eat more so it will go away   .

Iron tabs if you can handle them.  I ended up switching to iron infused Flintstones vitamins. Talk to your doctor first though.  Also dark leafy greens.  Like spinach contain iron. As well as red meats.

You need to take iron tablets and eat red meat wich helps. I had the same problem and thats what my docter said. Good luck

Just get over the counter iron tablets. Id talk to your doctor and ask what dose he would recommend. Im in the same boat, ive been anemic since I was 16. I suggest taking them at night (they give me an upset stomach). Make sure you take them everyday or you'll feel it when you dont. Good luck
