I've almost reported stuff alot with this glitchy app on accident from clicking before the page is fully loaded and it jumping. I don't think I ever actually have though - but I've thought my questions disappeared before too but they just get weirdly shuffled and organized out of order sometimes. This app really needs an update on its forums cuz its pretty jank like that
Usually the most recently posted or commented on stay toward the top. But if someone reports it it can be removed. If it was, it could have been an accident. I accidentally did it before
They sure can - but more often they just move them to different forums where they fit the topic better, if they're not offensive questions and instead just oddly placed.
