I swear I felt my baby drop what does that mean? I was sitting reading a book and I felt my baby move like really quick down wards idk it was a weird feeling and I'm scared

My little guy likes to sit really low. Sometimes I feel him higher but then he moves back and it always feels weird lol. Could be dropping too, depending on how far along you are
