Since I started eating yogurt daily, I very rarely get a yeast infection. And I use to get them all the time.

Cold pressed, organic coconut oil. It's a natural antifungal.

Yogurt! Eat at least one yogurt daily. It will help put you back in order.

Try to cut out as much sugar as possible. ( carbs, sweets, soda, ect) sugar can make it harder to get rid of yeast infection

I think your doc has to prescribe it... my ob told me to try the 7 day cream treatment and if that didn't work he would give me the oral med.

Yes antibiotics always give me a yeast infection. I forgot to ask myself today I had a root canal and I'm on amoxicllin. Does anyone know if diflucan is safe to take during pregnancy? Creams haven't worked in a long time for me. Incase I get a yeast infection lol

I went in for my doc appointment today and that's when I found out the doc said to do the 7 day treatment so that's what I got... iv been on amoxicillin for some dental work I had done and he thinks the antibiotic caused the yeast infection

No they never are but I'd say monistat over the counter worked the best for me. You could get It at Wal-Mart and I think the 1 day treatment worked the best
