yeast infection!!!!

It's confirmed that I have a yeast infection, so I went to Walgreens and bought Monistat 1 a (one day treatment) its the one with the ovule insert. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I'm kind of nervous to use this product I have many questions like will it work?, can it harm my baby?, Dr didn't give me nothing she only told me to go ahead and buy Monistat but there is (1,3,5 and 7) day treatment, so I bought the one day treatment because I'm really getting fed up with this itch and burning sensation. Help please!

Yes it did burned a little when I finished showering I inserted it, then i used the little wipy, then put the cream where it itched... which was everywhere!..and by the time I laid down it felt kind of cool and hot kind of like icy hot but it burned only for like 10 minutes..and the cream didn't really work, but thank god it's not as bad as it was when I got it..I'll have to talk to my Dr about this again.

Honestly I do remember some burning but my yeast infection was so bad that I didnt let it get to me.. like maybe a good 15 min of straight burning then I was able to finally fall asleep woke up in the morning forgot I even had one lol

I got monistat 3 day before and it burnt sooo bad! I have heard the one day burns even more because it is stronger.  I got the canesten 6 day after that and for me it worked way better.

Did it burn ?? Bc I got a 3 day treatment and all the reviews said it burnt the worse pain in there lives. So I chickened out and have not used it

I used the 1 day thank goodness it got rid of mine... I inserted it before bed.. then put the cream on nd tht infection was the worst I ever had.. hubby had to go buy it cuz I was literally a mess rubbing lol

Thank you guys for the comments, and bummer :/ I guess I'll try it tonight because I already bought and opened the box and if it doesn't work I'll buy the 7 day treatment.

Use monistat 7 if you dont you will end  up having to do it again

You should not use the 1 day treatment. Only the 7. Some say the 3 is OK.

I had one in my first trimester and that's what Doc said to use

For a Yeast infection during pregnancy you are supposed to use Monistat 7. It's the most effective.

I used it with my son it worked and we both were fine u was 36 weeks

It should be fine if the doctor said its okay
