Pain in lower abdomen and pelvic bone when I cough or sneeze.

I am currently 16 week sand for a about a week or so I have noticed that anytime I cough or sneeze it causes slight pain in my lower abdomen and pelvic area. Has anyone else experienced this and is it normal. This is my first baby so I don't really know what to expect.

I get that sometimes too, it completely freaked me out at first! I try to gently stretch now and then and my chiropractor helps keep my hips in line wich has cut back on the pain a lot.

Its very normal..its just your ligaments are relaxing so whenever you sneeze or get up too fast, you'll feel that tug
