I do pilates. My instructor has altered what I do for my different stages of pregnancy. Its been great. I haven't had the back pain I had with my other 2 pregnancies.

I used to do hasta yoga before getting pregnant And after week 20 I have started it again. If you are new to yoga and need a safe place to start then look up Lara dutta's prenatal yoga in YouTube. Its about half an hour video and she has simplified the asanas for pregnant women. I would recommend watching and doing one asana at a time so that you get the right muscles to work on. Don't forget to ask your doctor before starting and generally its a good idea to start and end the yoga with pranayam exercises like om-vilom,  for warm up and cool down. Its not part of the video but you can find them too on you tube. all the best.

I can't wait to start myself its the wright time that I hate.  Its so hard my doctor says don't gain weight  13 1/3 weeks and Gaining just baby. It's hard to bring weight down I worry about health. But so far so good losing fat gaining baby and keeping nutrition healthy.  Gosh why didI go with belly dancing classes pre pregancy. I'm at least two sizes bigger than I should be.

Yes, I go to prenatal yoga classes once a week. I really enjoy it. I'm 30 weeks now and I've started yoga around 22 weeks.  Be careful if you are less than 20 weeks: it's dangerous!  I was doing yoga before I got pregnant so I decided to continue during myy1st trimester and at 10 weeks I had some kind of placenta rupture. Start only after 20 wweeks

I do some yoga. I tend not to do an entire program but I do use some poses and occasionally pop on my prenatal yoga CD for a bit. I enjoy cat/cow and tree pose and downward facing dog and child's pose a lot. Hip rolls and torso twists. Also do some modified planks now. I really fell off of my exercise regimen after getting pregnant but I do try to at least stretch every day, do a touch of yoga, and do some leg and arm lifts and curls with light weights.
