What is the best prenatal vitamin to take while pregnant?
Cvs brand, Women's prenatal. Buy one and get second free. Dha and multivitamins plus folic acid. Compared to one a day women's prenatal vitamins. Good deal
I am currently taking the Smart Sense Prenatal Vitamins it has 800mcg of folic acid in it so is that ok? My first pregnancy I took the gummies but they made me feel sick so I'm trying something different this time.
They are all fairly similar. Some are easier on the stomach (the gummies) if you are really nauseous. Some have dha, but some of those leave a funny after taste. You may have to try a couple.
I take the gummy ones, they are the only ones that don't make me sick. My dr recommend them to me.
