I am really confused.

Okay so I just turned 20 yesterday (11thmarch) my periods have been really irregular , early November 2016 I found out I was pregnant , didn't no how far I was Cus my irregular periods but I could not be happier, I started spotting on the 6th December 2016 at night,  next day 7th became very heavy phoned up the hospital and told me to go in and go to the early pregnant unit,  got a blood test and a examination  no ultrasound I was pretty upset about not getting a scan picture , they said everything seemed okay an said come back if it goes any heavier witch I think I was heavy enough  after 6 hours I went home,  time being they booked me in for a emergency scan hoping to see my baby fit and healthy for like a week later,  unfortunately I sadly lost my baby on the 11th December at home,  the pain was unreal, and still doesn't go away, my hearts broken. Few days before I would of got to see her/him.

And since I lost my baby I haven't had a period,  but January 9th and 10th 2017 I had light brown discharge then it just stopped,  still nothing but then from the 21st February to the 27th Feb 2017 I had very light pinkish/peachy bleeding but very very light,  like spotting so I been worrying thinking I could be pregnant as I won't be ready just yet not over loosing my baby,  but I have took pregnancy test after pregnancy test an there all negative,  still haven't had a period and it is now 12th march 2017 little bit of advise or anything would be appreciated.

I'm very sorry for your loss.

It sounds like you might want to schedule an appointment with your doctor,  if you haven't already,  although since you had irregular periods all along this may just be a continuation of your irregular menstrual cycles.

I'm sorry you didn't get to see your baby,  but it's unlikely you would have seen anything that looked like a baby,  and the tissue you passed with the miscarriage was just that - very early tissue that didn't form into a viable fetus.

I had two early miscarriages (one at 6 and one at about 9) so I know how disappointing it is.  Don't feel like you did anything that caused this,  or that you missed seeing a healthy viable baby on ultrasound.  You most likely didn't.

Prayers for continued healing.
