The first thing to do is to find out if you are pregnant. Periods are late all the time for young ladies so before you stress and plan the pregnancy, I'd make sure it is really happening. You can take a home pregnancy test which are accurate and reliable. good luck
I was 16 when I got pregnant ad I currently 17 33 weeks +3 days pregnant and I was on the drill team (dance team) for my school. I ended up not being able to continue dancing on the count of leaps because jarring your feet into the ground cause your stomach to jar. I recommend continuing stretches but not dancing
It is safe to still dance while pregnant , you just have to know you limit and drink plenty of water. I danced my first pregnancy (I was 15 and took classes at school) when I got bigger I had to stop because it was uncomfortable and I was having complications. Excersise is great while pregnant just don't over push yourself!
