hi i just want to ask this, im a little bit nervous Me
and my bf had protected sex last may 21 I got
my period on may 28 then after my last period I
noticed that my period is late, two months late I
keep on telling him about this, I took pregnancy
test two times and both of it was negative he says
that, its impossible for me to get pregnant
because first of all he didn't ***, he pull out
his thing before he *** and i don't feel any pregnancy sign but my nipple is a little sore and my vaginal discharge is stretchy and clear, and now dry, what does it mean?

It sounds like stress or something else has delayed your period.

Vaginal discharge that is stretchy and clear,  and then gets dry is an indication that you have ovulated and should expect a period in the next week or so.  When your discharge is like an egg white,  that's when you are ovulating.  About 2 weeks from that time,  if you don't become pregnant in the meantime,  you should expect your period to start.
