I'm sorry it hasn't worked, girls. I know a couple who had similar struggles. The woman has PCOS and cysts on ovaries. They have tried for 3 years. They did Clomid several rounds which didn't work. Then underwent the intra-uterine transfer - didn't work, unfortunately. And they just had their 1st round IVF two months ago. Weeks ago they found out they were expecting. My reason for sharing this is to let you know that even when you have a lot of difficulty conceiving it can happen! Sadly there could be too many reasons it's not working. I read quite often if Clomid doesn't end up working for ladies, docs are bumping them to Femara. They say  Femara usually works on women that clomid did not work on. Also are you using anything like preseed or conceive plus? I read somewhere that clomid can make our cervical mucus more hostile to sperm ironically. So these need to be used to counteract that. I only hope that IVF isn't going to be the only option after clomid not working. I might be crazy expensive at places. Anyway, I know its easier said than done. I would really discuss your options with your doc or seek out an inferitility specialist if you haven't done so already. Good luck to you!
