Getting pregnat while on period

Hello,
I would first like to thank you for all the helpful info!  I had a miscarriage March of this year at around 8 weeks.  I conceived right at the end of my period.  We are trying again and praying for a healthy pregnancy this time.  My question is... my periods have always been kind of all over the place.  Does it make a difference if you conceive while on your menstrual cycle?  What is the earliest you can feel symptoms?  I am not on my period for a few days now but am having cramps like I am and I have woke up nauseous the past two mornings.  I don't want to get my hopes up but I feel different.  Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,

Yes it is possible but it's very low. I tried the same thing and i didn't conceive. Me and my man have been trying for a little over 3 months and it's always best to have sex like every other day so that way you have a better chance
