2 day period and turned out to be pregnant?
My cycle was 2 days late this month (not uncommon) but it was much different than my normal cycle. Usually it lasts 4-5 days with very heavy bleeding the first 2 days, then 2-3 days of moderate/light flow or spotting. The first day of this cycle was dark brown and not overly heavy. Changed my tampon only once. The next day it completely stopped. I have been feeling extremely nauseous and had some other "pregnancy symptoms" including dizzy spells, heartburn and sensitivity to smells. On day 3 of the period I had light pink/brown only when I wiped. On day 4 I had a bright red streak of blood, inserted a tampon and removed it an hour later to find only very light brown mucus. I'm seeing a doctor tomorrow because all HPT have been negative. Anyone been through this before? Thoughts on if there's any way I could be pregnant? Thank you for any opinions!
