Me and my partner have been trying for a baby and this month im now 3 days late (was supposed to be the 11th) however I took two tests and they both came back negative I don't know what to do or expect can anyone help??

Hi there and welcome. Well, sometimes we can be off on our calculation of when we actually ovulated so we are testing too early. So, hang in there. Try to wait a full week and then test again if you haven't gotten your period. Wishing you luck!
