Trying to conceive

Hello all!
Just a little background info, I had my daughter early 2013, and got the IUD Mirena inserted at my six week post appointment. Fastforward to January 2016, i got the IUD taken out. I've always had a regular period, so after the IUD was taken out I got my 6 day period just like the old times.  I got my period in February, I am now patiently waiting to take another pregnancy test. I had sexual intercourse about 5 days before my expected period (March 24), it is now March 31 and no sign of my period. Could it be side effects of IUD? Or could I really be expecting? HELP!!!

You could test around day 14 after unprotected intercourse (apr2) but for a more accurate result I would test 21 days after so that's apr 9 for you, based on the dates you wrote above !

Goodluck!
