Pre-Conception Diet

Hiya!

I was wondering if somebody could give me some info, I have read many stories online that Soy is no good to have During Pregnancy or when TTC (I'm not Pregnant yet)  Plus I'm not really sure what foods I can eat!  I eat alot of Fruit & Veg, Pasta's, Lentils, Protein, Brown Bread, Water, - I don't eat Chocolate anymore, but I have occasionally had a Cake -_- Only because 2 weeks before my Period, I get cravings badly! :/

Any Info would be appreciated :))
