Slow swimmers

Hi fellow conceiving friends!

My significant other shared when we we first started trying to conceive that he has "slow swimmers" and has been tested before. Any advice on what may help? We have not been trying for long, but a few months during my high and peak fertility and nothing. :(

Any advice or feedback on what may help those little guys along is greatly appreciated! Figured we would do what we can before looking into insemmination.

He could try using fertile aid for men. It helps with 3 things to do with those swimmers.  It helps with movement,  the normal structure,  and  helps make more sperm.

Get physically active
Cardio is great.
Increase healthy eating.
Possibly try a naturopath who can look into vitamins and minerals, possibly a detox prior to conceiving.
Make sure he's not have hot baths or hot tubs, not computer on the lap etc... Those things really pose a risk.
But try acupuncture for you both. Suppose to be great for fertility.
And stop stressing over it, just try things go on dates still be in love trying too hard has had its own disadvantages as well

Well, this has been confirmed from a physician, and so I am pretty sure that's the info to validate it and a store test isn't needed. Now just looking for more real life stories as I've been doing research, but there is nothing like hearing it from others who are in the same position. Thanks!

They have home tests to check on his sperm at Walgreens. I'd go buy one and start from there to make sure they are "slow swimmers".
