THANK U ALL FOR UR ADVICE.... I WILK KEEP U ALL POSTED
Also since you are ovulating, pay attention to when your period begins.. For instance if you start your period May 14th then you ovulate around the 15th day which would be May 28th and will be fertile for a couple days.. If your not entirely sure when you ovulate you can buy ovulation tests and or have sex for a week straight. (That's what I did so my husband and I wouldn't miss the day) I didn't want to buy tests and it worked on the first try. Pay attention to your wet days and when you feel most aroused as well that's usually a good sign, too. ;) best of luck again.
Diagnosed with PCOS as well. I was placed on Metformin 1000 mg twice a day (and not bc I am over weight or diabetic) insulin resistance can be an issue with PCOS. Clomide is prescribed if you are not ovulating so if you need help to ovulate that is a medication you can ask to be placed on. If your progestrone levels are low and may be a cause for MC they can place you on progestrone suppositories or oral progestrone. Usually will take the until completing the first trimester. I didn't have issues with getting pregnant with my 3yr old. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 and went through two early MC last year around 4-6wks pregnant. I'm currently 7wks pregnant (tomorrow) and this pregnancy has been healthy with no issues at this point. They placed me on progestrone at 5wks pregnant to help not to miscarry. Best of luck to you!
I have the signs of pcos as well. Never got pregnant from previous partners and got pregnant fairly quickly at 33 with my new husband. I think just staying healthy and start prenatal vitamins may be all you need. You can use a ovulation app on your phone to figure out when the best time is. Good luck!
