When to test again?

So I have had regular and irregular cycles this year. Last month I had my period on cd 40. As of today (cd 40) I have not had a period. The first day of my last period was August 29. I have felt slightly nauseous the past few days and very fatigued. I tested this morning but got a big fat negative. I still feel like it was a false negative but I don't know when I should test again. Any help would be great!

Update: I went to my appointment today and my urine test came back negative, as I anticipated. She checked my cervix and said it is very much closed and won't be starting a period anytime soon. She decided to call for a blood test. I will find out the results tomorrow. If that comes back negative, I'm going to wonder wtf is wrong with me lol. Such is life.

It could just be your body resetting its self or just being a pain. My friend is in the same boat she is at day 51 and it freaked her out and she took a test and neg. I also want through the same thing I want almost three months with nothing found out I was a little out of balance, so I know you want that BFP, but see if something else is going on. Good luck hon

Still no period and tomorrow is cd 49! I'm planning to test in the morning. Prepared for the worst, hoping for the best.

Thank you, all! I ended up waiting another day and tested in Saturday with yet another BFN. I was ready for the bad news but was so hoping for good news. My bday was yesterday and that is truly all I wanted for my birthday. I called and scheduled an appointment to see my ob. It's not until the 22nd, though. I haven't felt symptoms for a few days now, besides a lot of cm, and am wondering if I just missed a period? I have never missed one in my life but maybe? Idk. I am now on CD 45! Why do our bodies have to be so confusing? Lol.

Good luck! Im on cycle day 35 still no period. But my cycles are typically 30-38 days. Ill wait till day 40 before testing as well. Hoping to be pregnant myself! :)

Thank you! I plan to test again tomorrow. I feel absolutely exhausted and I got more sleep than usual so I'm hoping for good news. I hope you get a BFP too! Good luck!

I'm in the same boat but I'm no longer nauseous, but getting headache left and right for no reason. I also gained about 10 lbs this past month. I have taken at lest 6 HPT all were a BFN. I started taking them on the frist day of my missed period. Fi you took one one the morning of 10/7/15 wait two-three days and try again. If you go another week without it i would call your DR.
