Why can't I get pregnant?

I have been trying to get pregnant since November  (for about 5 mths) with no luck. I have been following the ovulation chart on my app, I've done a little bit of research as well, knowing sperm can live in the vagina for 24-48 hours. The only thing I have not done was buy an ovulation kit to know the exact time I'm ovulating. Being that women/couples get pregnant without it, what else could I be missing or doing wrong?

Just keep trying and relax - as difficult as it sounds, try not to overthink about TTC and worrying - sometimes stress can have an adverse effect. I'd recommend trying an ovulation kit as the apps I have used to predict my own ovulation have ended up being always off to date so at least that way you'll know where best to concentrate your efforts! Good luck and sending positive vibes to you!
