We really want this but I'm having trouble conceiving a baby. What do I do.

i have had intercourse so far on my 11th and 13th day.   Yesterday was my 13th day and i had the worst cramps by my overies so i think that was me ovualating.  I am still going to do it on day 15 too and just see what actually happens.  I will keep yall informed.

I think your doctor is in correct.  Once you are done with the 5th pill, you need to use the ovulation kit too to track your ovulation day.  Then once you get the positive on the kit – count 7 days from that and go for blood test to see if you ovulated.  You could be ovulating on day 21 (then blood test on day 28 or 30) so if you go to get the test on the 21st – it won’t be accurate.

This is what I did.  Before ttc - I went to my doctor for checkup and had all kind of blood done to see if I am low on anything.  I also had an ultra sound to see if my uterus and pelvic has anything miss align.  I even had my husband go for body checkup and blood drawn.  We just want to make sure we don't have any health problems before bringing the baby to the world.  

If everything is normal then ask for clomid or femera.  Accupunture is very good too for ovulation/inferitlity.  Try finding accupuncturist with many years of experience in the specific field.  - it really works.

i was having the same problem and found out that i was not ovulating by the blood work the doctor had me have.  I went to see him yesterday and he put me on Clomid.  I am now on day #2 of it and I take it for 5 days.  He said to have sex on day 11, 13, & 15 and then on the 21st day i will go back to get more blood work done. This will tell me if i ovulated or not and also if i am pregnant.  I hope and pray that i do ovulate and get prego.  He said normally if it doesnt happen on the first round to take the second round and i should be prego.  Keeping my fingers crossed that 1st round of clomid works and I get prego.  I will keep u updated but I would probably go ahead and go to the doctor and get some blood work done if i were you just to make sure.   I hope this helps you.

If the ovulation tests aren't working right, that could be an indication that you are not ovulating...and if that's true, then you can't get pregnant. I would definitely look into ways to predict or test for ovulation first to make sure that part is working correctly.

I already take prenatal vitamins. And for some reason ovulation test don't work for me

You might also want to try using an ovulation kit to track your ovulation and start taking prenatal vitamins.

They have fertility medication that can help with trying to conceive. But honestly the best advice I received is to not try. Stressing about it makes it harder to conceive. Just have fun with your partner and it'll happen when it's the right time ( :Try sex 2-3 times a days, and keep your legs up in the air for 20 minutes so the semen won't come out.
