spicey foods

Am i able to eat hot chips every once in a while ?.im 15 weeks

I love spicy food and continue to eat it (I am pregnant) I was reading some very interesting research about trying different foods and how it's healthy for the baby (except for food that's been put off the table like fish rich in mercury, raw eggs etc we have to stay away from the unsafe food during pregnancy) but other than that if ur tummy can handle it by all means eat spicy :) but make sure u are eating all the nutrients and minerals necessary as well. Balance is the key as always :) good luck mama

i ate a lot of spicy food though out the whole pregnancy, lots of spicy takeaways.. no heartburn or any other problems
