33wks bleeding, contractions

I'm 33wks pregnant with identical twins. Last night after DH and I had sex I was bleeding. This has not happened before it was very scary. There was blood in the toilet when I used to restroom right after and it was about the size of a few quarters. Then every time I wiped I got more. Well I started having strong contractions for about two hours afterwards (which my doctor had said could be normal at my last appointment), they were four minutes apart. Luckily those went away by about 3am and bleeding stopped around 5am.  I haven't been walking around so I don't know what will happen once i'm up and about today. Sorry if TMI for anyone. Anyways, what do you guys think? Should I be worried ? My doctor said as long as babies were moving 5-10times an hour not to really worry about bleeding. I called when the office opened this morning and they didn't act worried at all. Said if no more bleeding or no more than five contractions an hour then not to worry. I thought spotting was always bad especially with twins. Not sure. Any advice would be wonderful. Thanks! Who would go to the hospital when DH gets home anyways? He wont get off work for another 7hrs, but i'd hate to be dilated at this point and not know it!

Well ladies, yesterday was actually pretty nice. DH did grocery shopping and the dishes and some laundry. I have a feeling we may be living out of laundry baskets for a while though. lol. He was pooped by the end of the day, I was like "it's harder than it seems huh?" He just acted like that's not why he was tired. Haha. Went to bed around 10pm and he is still sleeping! Too tired to get up and get my preschooler ready. lol. U/S today in a few hours. I'm very excited to see them, it's been 3wks. I hope they have gained a pound or two! Baby A hasn't been moving much, hope its just because she's starting to assume the position.

kindergal- lol about the Dr. I got cut off on Saturday. Poor DH, lol.

To update, I am now on modified bedrest and went through two steroid shots just in case. I am already wanting to be up cleaning my house and this is only day two. I feel bad for DH he is working and will have to clean. Atleast I held out this long I supposed, he won't have to do it for too long. Well, thanks for all the comments!

I was told no sex..as that can cause you to dilate.  I was on bed rest at 28 weeks and the Dr. told my husband to pretend I was a nun!  HA!

With my first set of twins I had real contractions at night starting around 30 - 32 weeks - they got closer together,   Around 4 minutes apart I would double check my bag.  By 7am they were gone - I freaked!
It did cause me to dilate and efface - but babies held on to 35 weeks - I had no contractions but was so dilated I delivered that day!
