Breastfeeding twins

I"m planning on breastfeeding my twins. I just have lots of questions! What position did you find worked the best. did you use a pump? If so what type did you get? There is so many options. I"m going to meet with the lactation department at the hospital next week. Any advice would be great! Thank you

I could only feed mine up to 2 months.  Between pumping and feedings I was not getting ANY sleep.  Also, my milk supply was not the best.
I used the medela pump, it was great.
If it ends up where you just can't breast feed for very long or not at all, don't beat yourself up about it, it happens!!  And if you end up going ahead and doing it-awesome job!!

I did not pump.  I was always feeding them  THey had nothing besides breastmilk till after 6 months.
Ingeneral I fed them seperately during the day and at the same time in the night and AMS
For feeding together I either used football hold with both or layed down and they layed across my body
THE BEST piece of advice I got was from the LaLeche leader - she said doctors are CLUEless if they say drink more water - she said water flushed your system - when I stopped drinking excessive water  - I produced so much more milk I was leaking all the time!

I was only able to breast feed for 4 months, my guys were such oinkers they s*cked me dry. lol. What I did was during one feeding I'd feed one boy while the other got a bottle (which I pumped as well) and would switch the next feeding. But like I said at 4 months we had to go to formula because my poor tata's dried up.

My boys are still oinkers. I don't know how they're so skinny. :o/ The kids eat more than I do. lol. Sometimes more than their father.
