Chances of twins?

Okay so fraternal twins do run in my family on my Mother's side. It skips every other generation and it skipped my moms. My two cousins were both due to have twins however both lost one of the babies. I want to know my chances of twins and my chance of pregnancy. I recently went through a miscarriage on May 10th and was sexually active afterwards. I did use an ovulation predictor kit a week after my miscarriage and all were positive for ovulation. That was between the 15th of May and the 18th. I don't know when to expect my next period because of the miscarriage I am regular and if the miscarriage doesn't play a factor in my period then I'd be a day late as of today. I was 4w 4d pregnant when I miscarried. When should I take a HPT and what are m chances of twins?

Seeing a doctor is probably your best bet.  That way you can know for sure.  However, if you can't see a doctor, the home pregnancy tests should be pretty accurate.

Thanks but there's no way I can get to a doctor for a blood test at the moment if I don't recieve my period this coming week I'll test again to see. If its negative and still no period I'll probably just wait it out until July and hope for something.

You can do a blood test as soon as you miss your cycle.  Also even a miscarriage can make you skip a cycle because of the hormones that you have.  Blood test is the best answer for you.

Thanks I just don't know when to test to get a more accurate result. I'm trying to hold off until next week but I'm not sure if I'll get an accurate result I still haven't gotten my period yet either. Any suggestions?

Sound possible that you may be pregnant. As for twins,  it only happens if you are one who has hyper ovulation or like me just lucky.  I would strongly recommend that you go to the doctors.  It is easy to get pregnant right after a misscarage or full term pregnancy.  I only know this from my doctor.  Good luck with every thing.
