Morning sickness help

I'm in a third world country doing volunteer work, and I have found myself 8 weeks pregnant!  I will be here another 2 weeks, but I have unbearable morning sickness.  I haven't been eating much except for plain crackers, rice, rice krispies and ginger tea.  I feel nauseous all day long, which is why I don't want to eat.  If I eat anything with flavour, it comes right up.  My heightened sense of smell is just ridiculous.  Just walking down the street with all the mixed smells makes me want to vomit.  Is there anything I can do?  Is it bad that I'm not eating proper food?

I'm also scared to death of the 16-hour flight back home in 2 weeks.  Is it ok if I take some kind of herbal tea to help me sleep throughout the flight?

Congrats on your pregnancy!

To help me sleep at night, my doctor recommended Dramamine, which was AWESOME. He said it is even safer to take than Tylenol PM but you should probably get the ok from a health professional since you never know how things change. Dramamine helps both nausea and insomnia.

Do you have any access to meds or vitamins?  For my "all day" morning sickness, I had to take a prenatal vitamin called Premesis...all it had was the folic acid and a high level of Vitamin B6. You take it at night before going to sleep.
