Pre-natal care
My wife is 3 months pregnant and she had some physical problems. So Doctor suggested to be more careful and to get some pre-natal care. While searching online I found Physiomobility (Toronto) pre & post natal care centre. They mentioned as their physiotherapy program can make mom keep pain and injury free. I am not completely aware of this and I need to give her the complete care as much as I can. Can anyone help me? Will it be a better choice?
