Shellfish.!!
Is it ok to eat shellfish while pregnant.? I accidently ate some today and I am kind of freaking out a lil. Can any1 help me.?

It's mostly exotic fish that are higher in mercury that are not safe, also, you can eat some fish in smaller portions but just google if because I can't remember the specific amounts
