What about sleeping on your stomach? I to am a very deep sleeper nd its hard for me to fall asleep or stay asleep if I'm not on my stomach, but I just found out I'm 6 weeks preg with twins, I had a m/c 5 months ago when I was just 7 weeks.

Yes it can cut off the oxygen and blood flow to the baby sleeping on your back. Your meant to sleep on your left hand side as much as possible when pregnant - that gives the best circulation. Have you tried cushions to help keep you in position?
