So frustrated with breastfeeding!!!!!!!

I had a c section on Sept 20 after 15 hours of labor and I just CAN'T breastfeed! I am crazy frustrated. I was sick the first 5 days after giving birth with vomiting and high blood pressure and OMG! The first POOP was a NIGHTMARE!! I was crying with the pain, spent over 5 hours on and off in the bathroom and it was my birthday! HORRIBLE!  I got the Madela rental pump and trying to pump as much as I can but the days fly and I feel like I am not doing it as much as I should. I'm sad because I really wanted to breastfeed. My little boy latches well but gets frustrated because I have very little milk. My baby girl has latching issues and we tried with a nipple at the doctor's office. I'm starting to feel like giving up but I feel people has high expectations and they ask "How is the breastfeeding going?" I want to scream and say: NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!  I feel like I'm disappointing everyone :(
I just pump and got freaking 3cc, what the heck!! This nursing specialist wants me to pump every two hours all day long, and I mean even at night time 24/7.... I need to sleep a bit... not sure how I'm going to do this with twins and my hubby not really helping much because I calm the babies faster than he does and he gets frustrated. I'm writing this and realizing that the breastfeeding pressure may be just too much to handle.... I better have a family meeting and vent somehow. I'm about to explode with frustration:(

I was less milk on the pump.  So I just breaskfeed my son when he was hurry and my body know how to adjust the amount of milk when he needs and I feel this way I have more time to rest  My son ate every 1.5 hr even night time.  I know twin even harder and I hope you enjoy the breaskfeed time.  I was more enjoyable to breastfeed than botle feed.
Congratulations on your new family members.

I cant answer about Breastfeeding because I am due this month.  Mariana I know late for you, but I was told to have an enema in the house so that this will help when I have to go thru that.  I hope it will help.
How's everything else going?

Now I am scared because I am about to have twins and am planning to breastfeed. I did that with my two other daughters. With the first one I was just overflowing with milk but with the second one I was always worried she didn't get enough, which I was wrong. I produced as much as she needed and did both pumping and breastfeeding because had to go back to work. You definitely have to get rest. Stress does not help milk production. Also drink drink drink a lot of water/fluids! That will make substantial difference! I think pumping is very forceful and may not stimulate your brain enough while baby latched is totally different story. Maybe when you get rest have hubby feed babies from the bottle and when you're up you can breastfeed? it's ok to supplement with the formula as well :-) Many women do that and the quality of milk now is just wonderful!!! so don't stress because that's probably the biggest factor in your decreased milk production <3 Wish you good luck and I hope I am this calm when it's my turn LOL!!!!!!!
