Twins and scared

I just found out i am pregnant with twins and i am scared to death does anybody have any advice?? It would be greatly appreciated.

I just had twins in August and it is double the work but not to bad.  My 2 year old is much harder.

I have never heard of such a thing, I was told that steroids usually arent given until week 24 and only in emergency situations?  HUH...How are you doing now???

Why would they be giving you steroid shots at 11 weeks??  Even with steroid shots, it's impossible for babies that small to survive.  The age of vialibility for a baby being born premature is 24 weeks.  At 11 weeks their systems haven't even fully developed yet.

I hope so to but the drs come in a lil while ago and said my cervix has thinned out somemore and i have started to dilate. I am really scared. They are giving me steroid injections every 30 minutes now to try and help the babies mature. I just hope the are going to be ok. I wish my husband was home from overseas but i am not sure when he will be home. He is on his 2nd tour for the military.

I am 10 weeks and 6 days and in the hospital right now due to an incompetent cervix. So right now i am really worried and scared and i am so ready for them to be here but i still have a ways to go.

It can be very scary when the doctor tells you "twins!" but it's an awesome adventure! How far along are you? I don't really have any advice, i'm still kind of learning myself, but I absolutely loved being pregnant with them (maybe except for the last few weeks, I was SO miserable from not sleeping, couldn't walk anywhere).

I have 6 month old boy/girl twins! They can be a challenge at times, but I absolutely love them both & wouldn't trade having twins for the world! Whenever your twins arrive, just get used to the stares, billions of questions, and people just wanting to come over & see them (as if they've never seen twins before!).
