Sorry I forgot how to attach the pictures I was wondering if you can see 2 or what that white thing is?
I guess the most important opinion comes from your doctor. What does he/she say?
For everyone to be absolutely sure, you will have to wait for another u/s after further growth.
I am like you, it sure looks like there is two, but I just can't be sure based on this u/s.

Possibly but it's hard to tell the pic is tiny and when I enlarge it it's blurry but feel free to look at all my u/s pics in my profile and you can compair yourself
