What are the 'must haves' for multiples???

I am starting to think about my registry and I have found a few good guidelines online.  What I was really hoping was I could get some input from twin or multiple mommies!  Like what monitor do you like and do I need 2? What are your must have items?  Any hints or tips are much appreciated!!!!!

The #1 thing I think of is a double snuggli they are awesome and a life saver also a double stroller I love the graco duo glider.....and if you don't have alot of room dont waste time or money on getting 2 swings or bouncers or any of that stuff.....they don't always have to bee in the same thing at the same time....you dont even need 2 cribs til around 6 months when they start squirming and waking each other up......

Congratulations!!...the Chico car seats are great and u will use them until they are about one, then you have to but the other big kind. I recommend getting the "convertible" type, they will use those until they are like 5-6...SWINGS: we ended up buying 4!!!..they hated the first ones so we got them the "little lamb" and they loed loved them!!..and I loved them too, specially since they could nap in those for hours even around 10 months old!!...also I highly highly recommend you get "babycook" steamer, it is a life saver, it steams perfectly and it's also a food processor so all in one makes cooking the food in minutes...I recommend the Tommy Tipee bottles and sterilizer...we bought two from other brands before that one and they broke down after a few months because they couldn't keep up. Trust me you need heave duty stuff!!...If u will have them sleep in the same crib for a while (dr's recomend twins sleep together) but those little sponge things that makes them sleep a bit raised up and it has protectors on the side (sorry I forgotthe name)..they recomend those to prevent SIDS...those are great

YOu MUST MUST buy 2 BOPPY PILLOWS..they are life savers..I would lay each baby on one and give them their bottle w/o the need of holding it for them and also to breast feed them...my twins are now 14 moths old and we still use them!!!...it's a great invesment..also get those cart protectors...they are very useful at restaurants (high chairs) since toddlers love licking things.

You also need 2 of everything, we tried getting around with one high chair and one walker but it didn't work!!!...that's all I can think for now but you can always msg me if u have more questions...God bless!!!

My twins are almost 7 months old...let me see if I can help out at least a little :)

As far as a monitor goes, we have a bebe sounds one. We actually found it online and it came with two cameras and a monitor. We have a camera pointed towards each baby at night & can monitor them both. The camera's are "a" and "b" and we have it where the monitor flips back & forth to each baby every couple of seconds. It also has night vision & great sound. We love it!

Stroller wise, I started out with the baby trend snap-n-go frame because it really works with pretty much any car seat out there (i have the chicco brand & it worked great), plus when they're tiny it's perfect to just get them in & out of a store without bothering them. The stroller itself is very compact, super light weight, and you can snap it together in about 5 seconds. Once they get bigger & start to outgrow that, you can get whatever double stroller works for you! Right now, I have the babies r us side by side ripple stroller. It's nice, compact, and the babies like it because they can see out and look at everything.

My hubby & I also really love their swings. We have the bright starts swings. The babies have loved them since they were first born. It's their comfort area & when they get cranky, a lot of times I can put them in their swing & it will soothe them. When the time comes, I'd also recommend the fisher-price space saver high chairs because they attach to a regular dining room chair & recline back for smaller infants, sit up for bigger babies, and the back comes off as a booster seat for toddlers. They make a few different patterns & it's a huge help for me when I feed them now! We used to feed them on a boppy, but they outgrew those very quickly. Plus, once I'm done feeding them, they like to sit in the chairs & watch me do house stuff!

Clothing wise and all of the typical baby stuff, I just kind of did trial and error as far as how much we needed. We have around 20 bottles, we always buy the big boxes of diapers (at least 100 count...anything less lasts us like 10 days at the most), and we have a ton of burp cloths and bibs.

Hopefully this at least some what helped you out! Feel free to message me or anything if you have questions!

my friend has twins & got one monitor & put on wall angled down towards the cribs.  Sometimes you can get an extra camera but not necessary.
I am also going to get those Angel pads that are in same section as monitor.  YOu put under the mattress so if they don't move wihtin a certain time frame there is a little beep. This will alert you to check on them if napping.

She also advised that the front/back strollers are best.  She recommended city select to me which is what I picked.  It will run you around 700. It certainly is costly, but worth it because seats rotate & also provide stadium seating.  Many tandum strollers don't have this option so as they grow they will fight over who sits in front & may pull each other hair.
I hope this helps some.

I'm not getting a monitor since they will be in my room for a while and I don't want to be too paranoid, besides I'm sure I will hear them when they cry.  You need 2 cribs for sure, even if they share one in the beginning. You need a good double stroller, you can get the frame and put the Graco car seats as seats for a while but you will need to get a good stroller at some point. That was my most expensive item. If you breastfeed you will need, sort of, the twin feeding pillow:) and a breast pump to increase your supply and let people help you with night feedings since at least it will be your breastmilk.
It is also nice to have 2 bouncers since the babies need to be upright after feedings to help then digest plus it gives you a break from carrying them all the time:)
I got a Graco pack and play and it will be in my room as their crib for a while but they have their own nursery upstairs in my house. Nesting is SO MUCH FUN!!!! OMG!!!!.

XOXOXO
I'm SO happy for you:)
