Leaking fluid? Or just pressure on the bladder?

Hi! So Im at 31 weeks with my twins. I had a doctor appointment last week, still closed, no dialation, fluid good. I have not been ordered to bedrest or anything and am pretty good about taking it easy. (as good as i can be with a 4 and 5 year old) I recently have been getting a clearish fluid on my underwear. Part of me thinks that because its getting toward the end of my pregnancy it just might be the added pressure on my bladder and its a little bit of pee, but i also have had some tight BH contractions. I have another dr. appointment next week....actually 2. The measuring ultrasound and a regular ob appt. Just curious of any of you moms actually went through leaking of fluid and if there is a clear cut sign I should be aware of.?????

In my last pregnancy at the end, I ended up also calling my midwife to come over one sunday because I was worried I was leaking fluid.  Turns out it wasnt fluid or pee, but just additional wetness.   tomorrow I start the 31st week too and I havent had that yet this time, but I have heard it is pretty normal.

My biggest problem is comfort when sitting or laying down.  I cant sleep!
