cramps and back ache

Hi I'm 13weeks pregnant and I'm having stomach pains and twinges in my lower back is this normal, it's like a quick shooting pain and only lasts a split second,  no bleeding but feel concerned, please help

Thank you for the reassurance I'm trying not to worry and may ring doctors tomorrow but as you say it's easier said than done, I'm sure you're absolutely right maybe I need to rest more! ! Thanks again :) xx

Hi. I have aleays been told that some pains are normal & could possibly bits & bobs growing & stretching. I wouldnt be too concerned if you are bleeding. Easier said than done but try not to worry over every twinge. Speak to your midwife to help ease your mind. X x
