pregnant?

So this is a little weird, I already had twins but I was also in a domestic violence relationship. So now being free of that i think I may be pregnant but the symptoms seem the same yet comepletly diffrent because i dont have that stress, that im not sure if i am pregnant since i cant really base it off from my first expericence.
Im really tired to the point if i dont sleep ill shake in the morning so my BF gets up early in the morning and take my boys in the living room lets me sleep fully from 6am to 9:30/10am and that helps the shakes.
Im craving so much food yet id get really nauseas if i eat alot at once, I have been throwing up a bit (which i havent done at all during the first)
my breast are getting fuller and starting to need a bra change here soon. but all the HPT keep comming negative, the doctor order a blood test to be done but only for the 2week of oct. so i have to wait till then for the blood test if the HPT doesnt show a postive sign sooner.
but what i want to know is what are the chances that i am pregnant?

Ok so this morning i did a test well i thought it was negative but i looked closer and there it is a very faint line so im going to wait the 48 hours and do it again !

I hope i got it working i took this picture this evening when i went to the theaters, just by looking it looks like im pregnant, if im not then there may be a problem
